AluAone Color Coated Aluminum Coil is a roller coated product manufactured through a continuous coil coating process. The substrate is 100% aluminum, pre-treated and coated with Kynar 500 PVDF, FEVE, or Polyester coating in 2 or 3 layers — delivering high durability and super weather resistance for demanding architectural and industrial applications.

The continuous coil coating process ensures consistent, uniform coating thickness across the entire coil length — impossible to achieve with spray or brush application. This translates to predictable color, gloss, and performance across your entire project.
